    Are you a **Registered Nurse** who loves being on the move and making a real impact in your community? Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is hiring **immediately** for a **Field-Based Nurse Case Manager** role!

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Visit members in person (up to **75% travel** )

    + Create care plans & coordinate services

    + Work from home for documentation 🖥️

    + Support members in reaching better health outcomes

    + Use your RN experience to guide care decisions

    • What You NEED to Have:

     

    ( **Read this! These are must-haves.** )

     

    + ✔️ **Active RN license** (unrestricted, Ohio)

    + ✔️ **2+ years clinical nursing experience** (hospital, home health, or similar)

    + ✔️ **Comfortable traveling locally**

    + ✔️ **Strong computer skills** (you’ll be in multiple systems)

    + ✔️ Clear written & verbal communication

    + 🚗 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

    • Bonus Points If You Have:

    + Case management experience

    + Healthcare/managed care background

    • Pay & Perks:

    + **$35–$37/hr.** (depending on experience)

    + Monday–Friday, **no weekends**

    + Mileage reimbursement

    + Work-from-home flexibility (for documentation)
