Job Title: Clinical Lead – Behavioral Health
**Location:** Mesa, AZ (In-Person Only)
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Includes on-call rotation & travel within the Phoenix Metro area
We’re looking for a dedicated **Clinical Lead** to oversee clinical operations and support behavioral health teams serving SMI populations across multiple outpatient locations. This in-person leadership role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, integrated services that meet the needs of both patients and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide clinical direction and day-to-day support to designated clinical teams
+ Conduct scheduled and unscheduled staffing, offering expert consultation and oversight
+ Perform periodic fidelity audits to ensure adherence to approved evidence-based practices (EBPs)
+ Ensure programming aligns with agency policies, contract requirements, ethical standards, and state/federal guidelines
+ Collaborate with internal partners and supervisors to implement initiatives related to integrated outpatient care
+ Optimize clinical workflows and contribute to quality improvement efforts
+ Participate in the clinical on-call rotation and travel to multiple clinics across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area
Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy)
+ Active licensure in Arizona: LPC or LCSW preferred; LAC or LMSW accepted
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in behavioral health, preferably with SMI populations
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical consultation skills
+ Must be comfortable working on-site and traveling locally as needed
