• Counter Sales Associate

    Adecco is currently hiring a Counter Sales Associate to support daily operations at a busy trailer supply store in Rochester! This is a customer-facing role that involves working the front desk, answering phones, assisting with inventory, and helping customers find the products they need. If you’re friendly, organized, and comfortable in a retail and parts environment, we want to hear from you!

     

    **Pay Rate:** $20 – 25/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist walk-in customers with trailer parts and supply needs

    + Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product information

    + Ring up sales and manage transactions at the front counter

    + Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor

    + Assist with inventory tracking and restocking

    + Communicate effectively with the team to ensure excellent customer service

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in retail, parts sales, or customer service preferred

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge

    + Able to lift and move inventory items as needed

    + Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
