Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Senior Designer in the Care category, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional consumer experiences across products, accessories, consumables, and services. Working within a multidisciplinary team, your mission is to create meaningful solutions that are technically feasible, desirable to consumers, and commercially viable.

While you’ll be working across many functions, at all stages of a consumer product lifecycle, your brief is always the same: make it better. To do that, you’ll persuade the stakeholders, collaborate with the experts and create experiences that bring dreams to life every day. Key Responsibilities
+ Develop meaningful and innovative design solutions using analytical and conceptual design methods.
+ Translate strategic opportunity briefs into compelling scenarios and concepts that support business goals and drive customer preference.
+ Manage and apply brand identity consistently across a range of products.
+ Define product function, aesthetics, user interaction, manufacturing considerations, materials, and finishes—both independently and in collaboration with other specialists.
+ Communicate effectively and build influence with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver the best design outcomes.
+ Meet internal and external project deadlines as planned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design within consumer products and/or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
+ A strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design performance in prior roles.
+ Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and multinational environments.
+ Willingness to work onsite approximately 60% of the time.
+ Fluent in English (written and verbal).
+ Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
+ Excellent visualization and rendering skills.
+ Proficient in 2D and 3D design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Alias, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot).
+ Familiar with CMF development, measurement, and quality processes.
+ Strong self-leadership, creativity, curiosity, and collaboration skills.
**Pay Details:** $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
