    Summary This position is located at DFMWR Marketing, Fort Bliss Texas. Responsibilities Develop Creative Content for marketing all MWR facilities and programs. Write and edit Marketing content for placement in MWR Bliss NOW and outside advertising means. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, to produce a wide range of marketing projects for use on social media platforms. Research, gather and interpret marketing analytics to identify trends and guide marketing methods and strategies. Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, to market MWR as a brand. Coordinate, plan, and schedule marketing materials with various MWR programs to ensure timely delivery to properly market MWR events and programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Experience in marketing and/or advertising. Knowledge of the WWW system and private enterprise technological processes for developing and utilizing social networking for e-commerce purposes. Must possess organizational skills and be able to work quickly in an e-commerce environment. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Must be able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and specific tasks. Must be self-motivated and have strong problem-solving skills. Must have strong communication skills. Hospitality experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred but not required. Education Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but not required. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
