    We’re seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to join a fast-paced and growing engineering/manufacturing organization located in the **Inland Empire** , just outside San Bernardino. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is a key member of the plant’s management team, driving people strategy, leadership development, and organizational change. You’ll support both site-level and corporate HR initiatives, including staffing, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

     

    This position plays a pivotal role in shaping a people-focused culture grounded in integrity, safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.

     

    Join a rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing company as a Human Resources Manager supporting both plant-level and corporate HR initiatives. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Director of HR and partnering closely with site leadership to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, training, and compliance.

     

    You'll lead HR strategy across employee relations, staffing, benefits, performance management, and continuous improvement. This company values safety, integrity, and professional development—and is looking for an HR leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

    Key areas of responsibility:

    + Serve as a strategic HR partner to management and employees

    + Lead recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives

    + Oversee performance reviews, development plans, and training programs

    + Manage benefits, LOAs, and ensure compliance with CA labor laws

    + Supervise and mentor HR support staff

    + Support ISO 9001:2015 standards and continuous improvement goals

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    + 5+ years of progressive HR experience

    + Manufacturing/industrial setting experience preferred

    + Knowledge of CA employment laws; SHRM or PHR certification a plus
