Job Description​

The Opportunity:

We are hiring and EMG Tech for our Neurology Clinics.

The Shift:

This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position will be based at the Plaza but may travel to other locations as needed for patient appointments.

The Work:

+ EMG Tech works to prepare patients for and perform nerve conduction studies NCS and prepare patients for needle electromyography EMG to be performed by a supervision physician.

+ Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner with patients staff and medical providers.

+ Knowledge of basic medical terminology, basic anatomy and neurophysiology of the neuromuscular system and HIPPA ASHA standards.

+ General understanding of NCS EMG equipment is desirable.

+ Candidates without NCS EMG training may be considered for in house training.
