Test Program Manager with Insurance (P&C)Domain

Required Qualifications:

• Senior Test Manager with 17+ years of experience.

• Looking for an automation test manager whose skill set should include, regression testing of the Configured fiber and cable devices in the access network for lab readiness.

• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Professional development Skills Execution Excellence.

• Managing Teams, Build Collaborative Relations, Leadership Innovation, Effective Communication, Team Development Strategic Orientation Client Focus Managing Change People Leadership

• This role at onsite is pivotal in driving the whole synergy work both from program management and technical excellence and innovation point of view.

• Along with delivery management need to have knowledge on Prompt Engineering, Core Java, DevOps, Python, and Automation, the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to design and implement robust solutions.

• The role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt to the dynamic needs of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

• Domain Skills: Property & Casualty Insurance

• Functional Skills:

• Estimation & Resource Planning, Test Design Techniques Solution Structuring Solution Architecture.

• Business Development Knowledge Management Requirements Management Test Strategizing and Planning Configuration

• Management Agile Project Management Testing Execution Techniques, Testing Process and Metrics Technology Trends, Project Management

• Technical Skill :

• Experience with Test Automation implementation in Java/Selenium/Python, Prompt Engineering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices, ensuring continuous delivery and operational excellence.

• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and increase system reliability.

• Ensure solutions are compliant with industry regulations and best practices, particularly in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

• Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.

• Making processes to align technology with business goals
