    Test Manager (English/Spanish)

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Test Manager with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in tools like ServiceNow, GitHub, Jenkins, SharePoint, Confluence, and Power BI, along with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivery excellence.     Location (Hybrid 4 days a week at office): Charlotte, NC

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of IT Experience

    • **English & Spanish Language Proficiency is Mandatory for this role.**

    • Experience in different phases of Software life cycle for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills with solid interpersonal communications including verbal and written communications

    • Prior experience in Compliance and release management Process (additional weightage).

    • Familiarity on Delivery excellence audits and external audits.

    • Should have keen eye verify all artifacts required before closing a request item

    • Experience in Service Now tool including managing Request Items received, writing queries to generate reports

    • Experience in GitHub includes managing GitHub repository files by updating, committing, and reviewing the changes. Resolve merge conflicts.

    • Experience in Jenkins including build creation and staging the code

    • Experience in SharePoint, Confluence page administration and maintenance.

    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Perform Compliance checks and release management Process validation

    • Perform Delivery excellence audits and external audits

    • Generate reports from ServiceNow and other release management tools

    • Generate reports using Power BI

    • Managing GitHub repository to track code changes and manage releases.

    • Build creation and staging the code in Jenkins

    • Manage multiple stakeholders communicating in Spanish

    • Comprehensive usage of Rally/ Test management tool

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to 112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
