    Manufacturing Engineer I- Specials Development

    ** Responsibilities** :

    + Manage and process ETO (Special Customer Orders) through manufacturing plants using the C360 ER system.

    + Work with manufacturing, engineering, and purchasing for make / buy materials for ETO special trucks.

    + Lead and facilitate manufacturability efforts by hosting design reviews with all relevant team members, determining the best manufacturing process / sequence.

    + Effectively utilize all resources within a project/product team, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.

    + Improve manufacturing costs through product/process improvements, while maintaining or improving quality.

    + Broad knowledge of all Crown manufacturing processes.

    + Broad knowledge of and navigation within Crown 360.

    + This position will report to Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

    Qualifications:

    + 8-15 years related experience

    + High School graduate or equivalent

    + Must have valid driving privileges

    + Occasional travel & overnight stays (Less than 5%) yearly

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field

    + Strong Communication skills
