Venture Tech Solutions is seeking a Accountant who wants to be part of our success and join our commercial property management team. If you are enthusiastic with a great attitude and looking for full time work in a professional, property management environment, then this is the place for you!

Accountant Responsibilities:

+ Monthly invoicing for tenants, customers for multiple real estate properties

+ Process accounts payable

+ Print checks and mail upon receiving signature

+ Answering vendor inquiries in place of management

+ Processing of bank deposits

+ Responsible for bookkeeping for sizable real estate portfolio

+ Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue/decrease expenses

+ Variation analysis – identify and implement process improvements

Accountant Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a plus

+ 5+ year’s accounting experience

+ Yardi Premier or Voyager a plus, if not similar real estate software package

+ Excellent PC skills including Intermediate Excel

+ Must have excellent communications skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and management

+ Must have ability to multi-task and handle high volume of varied responsibilities, accurately and professionally

+ Must be very accurate and detail-oriented
