• Preconstruction Coordinator

    Sletten Construction Company is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to join their Las Vegas Preconstruction team. This is an entry level position.

    Responsibilities:

    + Data collection and data entry

    + Organization of project outreach efforts

    + Managing and distributing information among co-workers and clients

    + Administrative and clerical support to the department

    + Researching and planning company sponsored activities

    + Assist Preconstruction Managers

    + Assist Marketing Coordinators

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent education and experience

    + Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications :

    + Experience in Construction, Architecture or Engineering Office

    + Experience with data entry, including Cosential / Unanet

    Additional Information:

    + Position is onsite and located in our Las Vegas office

    + Office environment with occasional outings to job sites and other outside venues
