Job Title: HR Records Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as an HR Records Specialist for a project-based role, supporting the HR team in an i-9 audit project. You will be responsible for organizing and collecting electronic files to ensure compliance for 450 employees and updating tracking sheets using Excel.

Responsibilities

+ Organize and collect electronic i-9 files for compliance.

+ Ensure all i-9 forms are accurately documented for 450 employees.

+ Update tracking sheets using Excel to monitor audit progress.

+ Provide administrative support to the HR team.

+ Conduct employment verification audits.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in human resources and administrative support.

+ Experience with scanning and electronic file management.

+ Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.

+ Proficient in Excel and data entry.

+ Experience with auditing and employment verification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience with i-9 reviews is a plus.

+ Knowledge of HR processes is advantageous.

+ Must be highly organized.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
