Responsibilities

Woodland Clinic Medical Group (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/woodland-clinic) is seeking an additional Otolaryngologist to join our ENT serviceline. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collegial, and collaborative multi-specialty group that has served the community for over a century.

Opportunity Highlights:

+ General ENT (primarily adult/some pediatrics); no cosmetics

+ Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists

+ Ear surgery experience a plus

+ Shared practice-only call; no ED call (approx. 1:6–1:7)

+ Good work-life balance: one clinic, one hospital

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Annual Compensation: $500,247

+ Sign-on and relocation incentives

Qualifications

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

+ Must be Board Certified within 2 years of completing training

+ Eligible for a California medical license

+ Strong interest in providing high-quality, patient-focused care

+ Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

+ Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians

+ This is not a J-1 or H-1B visa opportunity.

Pay Range

$240.50 - $240.50 /hour
