BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. (f/ka BeiGene) seeks Associate Director, Clinical Datawarehouse in Cambridge, MA:
Job Duties:
Responsible for all technical aspects of the clinical data warehouse build, validation, and maintenance for operational and clinical data. Utilizes LSH, DMW and ODI platform development tools to design ETL to help manage the standardization and harmonization of the study data. Manages clinical data warehouse administration and configuration and related activities if needed. Write Complex custom code to automate all manual activities. Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clinical data warehouse. Work closely with cross functional teams to develop design specifications for the aggregation and dissemination of data. Enables the automation of the platform to drive efficiencies and deliver value. Liaise with the IT and QA groups to ensure tight communication, adequate support, and quality deliverables. Generate and maintain all required documentation, including specification versions, programming, and validation efforts, in support of ETL build and maintenance. Help to maintain a standard library of utilities and programs and troubleshoot issues with the platform vendor as needed., Serve on project teams to coordinate and lead development activities for clinical ETL programming projects. Escalates issues that may impact target dates or budget to management in a timely manner. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Biotechnology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Biotechnology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements:
(1) Software Development Life Cycle models; (2) Waterfall; (3) Agile; (4) Software Testing Life Cycles for clinical trials; (5) setting up global libraries; (6) Creating SOPs; (7) Creating WIs; (8) Creating Templates; (9) Creating Audits; (10) utilizing defect management; (11) Integrations with EDC systems/reports; (13) Clinical data structures; (14) relational database structures; (15) data exchange with Oracle LSH; (16) data exchange with DMW; (17) data exchange with ODI and CDA. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Telecommuting is an option.
Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $178,000.00 - $207,000.00 per annum.
