+ Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of GenAI solutions, encompassing data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, deployment, integration with existing systems (EHR/EMR, clinical systems), and monitoring strategies.

+ Technology Evaluation & Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate GenAI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models, etc.), frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) based on specific healthcare use cases and organizational standards.

+ Healthcare Domain Expertise: Apply deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards (HL7, FHIR), clinical terminology, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) to ensure compliant and effective GenAI solutions.

+ Data Management & Governance: Design robust data architectures for GenAI, focusing on data quality, privacy, security, and ethical use of sensitive healthcare data. Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce policies.

+ MLOps & Deployment: Define and implement MLOps best practices for GenAI models, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, performance monitoring, and scalable inference environments.

+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, and compliance teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful adoption.

+ Prototyping & Proof-of-Concept (POC): Lead the development of prototypes and POCs to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate the value of proposed GenAI solutions.

+ Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in GenAI.

+ Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with GenAI deployment in healthcare, including bias, transparency, explainability, and adherence to ethical AI principles.

+ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of GenAI architectures, design decisions, and implementation details.
