    We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our mechanical engineering team, oversee project execution, and drive innovation in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge systems.     Responsibilities

    + Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.

    + Oversee the design of mechanical systems and structural components in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    + Review and approve detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

    + Develop and maintain standardized engineering practices and documentation.

    + Coordinate across departments to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

    + Align bill of materials (BOM) with vendor capabilities and schedules.

    + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

    + Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

    + Support customer-facing initiatives with technical expertise.

    + Promote health, safety, and quality standards across engineering operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

    + Experience in mechanical engineering and engineering management.

    + Knowledge of process improvement and project management.

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and BOM management.

    + Ability to design mechanical systems or material handling equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

    + Minimum 7 years of mechanical engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership or project management.

    + Experience in the recycling industry is a plus.

    + Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, sheet metal fabrication, and machining.

    + Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

    + Excellent communication and professional presence.
