Job Title: Substation Team LeadJob Description

The Substation Team Lead will be responsible for leading the technical execution of high voltage substation projects. This role involves partnering with project managers, assigning tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality deliverables. The Team Lead will also support proposal development, risk mitigation, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the technical execution of high voltage substation projects.

+ Partner with project managers to assign tasks and ensure project success.

+ Mentor and supervise team members to enhance their technical skills.

+ Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the required standards.

+ Support the development of proposals and scope documents.

+ Engage with clients and address their needs effectively.

+ Mitigate risks associated with project execution.

Essential Skills

+ HV substation design and technical leadership.

+ 8+ years of technical design experience in high voltage substation projects.

+ PE license is required.

+ Experience with IEEE and ANSI standards.

+ Ability to lead multiple projects and teams across locations.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Webex, and Teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

+ 10+ years of experience.

+ Commitment to an employee-owned culture.

+ Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $79.32/hr.
