What are your contributions to the team?

Typically a minimum of three 3 years experience in one of the following:

+ Warehouse

+ Shipping / Receiving

+ Tool Crib

+ Basic knowledge of purchasing, service orders/ methods

+ Basic knowledge of AOG procedures

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment

+ Trained in Hazardous Materials Requirements

+ Valid Driver’s License

+ Customer Service Experience

How to thrive in this role?

+ Execute timely Aircraft-On-the-Ground (AOG) purchase orders and Repair Station Work Orders

+ Ensure proper storage and packaging of all items for shipment per requirements (i.e., export compliance, hazmat shipping, parts protections and A/C schedule)

+ Proper handling of Customer Owned Property (Green tag units – Commercial only)

+ Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and/or Hanger positions)

+ Comply with environmental health, safety policies, procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform all work in a safe and timely manner

+ Receive / visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage

+ Distribute parts, materials, tools and ground support equipment with regard to aircraft delivery schedules. May assist in ordering parts if required (BAS only)

+ Verify and reconcile appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing parts and materials

+ Maintain accurate inventory (via cycle counts, perpetual, work-in-progress) using computerized or manual systems to include purchased parts, manufactured parts, materials, tools, etc.

+ Assist in loading and unloading shipments

+ Transport and stock materials from one location to another as required throughout the facility

+ Provide verbal or written turnovers for oncoming shifts

+ Issue hand tools, machine tools, dies and/or rental equipment to authorized personnel

+ Perform other duties as assigned
