    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our healthcare team. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of leading and contributing to multiple projects from concept through construction while ensuring the integration of quality standards and sustainable design goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and contribute to multiple projects from concept through construction.

    + Conduct thorough code research and understand regulatory agency processes.

    + Guide the integration of QA/QC standards and Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) goals.

    + Oversee constructability reviews and ensure the quality and detailing of documentation.

    + Participate in design reviews and construction administration.

    + Evaluate and monitor project code compliance, system development, and detailing with the project team.

    + Ensure project delivery meets client goals, contractual scope, schedule, and budget.

    + Represent the company in client-facing meetings, consultant coordination, and contractor discussions.

    + Engage in internal processes, including project strategy, documentation standards, and design reviews.

    + Mentor junior staff in both technical and professional development.

    + Model leadership through studio participation, culture-building, and knowledge sharing.

    + Support company standards, initiatives, and business goals across studio activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Registered or in the process of registration.

    + 8–10 years of architectural experience with a focus on healthcare design.

    + Proficiency in interpreting and applying FGI Guidelines and healthcare regulations.

    + Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage consultants, and engage in client relationships.

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Experience in construction documentation, rendering, and architectural design.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.08/hr.
