    Work as a manager on the purchasing indirect team, responsible for understanding the scope and analyzing each supplier on a specific commodity. Help AGCO to find the best and newest technologies to supply solutions resulting in a better TCO. Support all AGCO sites and keep the local alignment working very close to global commodity Manager. Reduce our costs through market test, supplier analysis, cost breakdown analysis and local resourcing. Understand marketing and sales strategy to apply in his category aligned with purchasing goals.

    Your Impact

    + Procurement Manager at AGCO should have responsibilities locally aligned with global commodity Manager. Annual results, savings and cost avoidance for AGCO sites.

    + Work cross functional and report initiatives of cost reduction aligned with global commodity Manager. Manage your suppliers, cost, quality, delivery.

    + Identify and implement cost reductions for AGCO aligned with global commodity Manager and sites.

    + Support all departments when necessary and work as a partner (as one AGCO). Manage commodity strategy together with team support.

    + Receive demands from stakeholders and support. Support the transactional team on spot purchases.

    Your Experience and Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field.

    + 4-5 Years Experience in Purchasing/Indirect Procurement – Marketing and Sales.

    + A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills.
