    As a **Fire Alarm Field Service Technician II** here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized technical support and service for our sophisticated fire alarm systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, thereby enhancing the safety and security of our clients.

     

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our fire alarm service operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards.

    + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.

    + Conduct inspections and tests of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.

     

    The annual base salary range for this position is $ 43,000 - $53,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support for fire alarm systems.

    + Solid technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant codes and standards.

    + Experience with diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting fire alarm systems.

    + Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems and related equipment.

    WE VALUE

    + Technical certification in fire alarm systems or related field.

    + Experience in customer service and client relationship management.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    + NICET Certification.
