Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Doral site is looking for a new Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

As the warehouse agent you are responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment, as well as, keeping inventory and up keeping refrigerated packaging.

How you create impact

+ Review documentation, verify piece count, weight, and dimensions upon receipt and departure

+ Prepare solutions (PCM, Liquid Nitrogen, Dry Ice) based on client needs.

+ Temperature Loggers and GPS Trackers

+ Inspect reusable temperature-controlled packaging solutions.

+ Clean, restock, and update reusable packaging inventory.

+ Clearly communicate any discrepancies.

+ Support internal Operational teams during staff shortages.

+ Maintain high hygiene standards within the facility.

+ Report to warehouse manager

+ Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am

What we would like you to bring

+ This is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work any shift (including weekends and holidays)

+ Highschool diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ years of combined Air Courier or Freight Industry experience and a related operational background

+ 1 year of experience of working in a warehouse

+ Knowledge of Inventory management system

+ Must be able to lift 50 libs

+ Experience with warehouse equipment

+ Background in health care or Biopharmaceutical industry

+ Specialization in Biopharm or cold chain transportation (preferred)

+ Excellent phone, writing and time management skills

+ Flexibility- must be able to work off hour schedules (i.e. other than 9-5 Mon to Fri) as well as some holidays when requested

+ Import/Export/Warehouse & Transport knowledge

+ Clinical Trial Logistics including temperature control packaging, shipping and/or regulatory requirements (preferred)
