Description
ATM support role within the Consumer IT organization.
+ Interfaces with ATM vendors and internal support teams in support of the ATM fleet.
+ Supports scheduling and coordination of software deployments and validation.
+ Production support and incident research/follow-up.
+ Supports ATM test lab environment, coordinates with vendors, internal quality assurance team and software packaging and deployment teams.
Detailed Description:
+ Support production availability and functioning of the ATM and ensure high performance and a great user experience
+ Lead and drive continuous improvement opportunities
+ Work with other IT teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor s degree
+ 4 years of experience in IT
+ 2 years of experience with End User Computing and Support
Preferred Qualifications:
+ ATM experience
+ Microsoft Windows 10 experience
+ Desktop imaging and deployment technologies
+ Standard desktop, workstation & laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
+ Strong technology troubleshooting skills
+ Exhibits strong technical decision making
+ Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills
