Job Title: Brake Press Operator

Job Description

Join a leading precision metal fabrication company specializing in aerospace, medical, appliance, defense contracting, architectural, and military sectors. We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to set up and operate brake presses and robotic presses, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate a Brake Press and Robotic Press.

+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery.

+ Use micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.

+ Work from blueprints to achieve desired outcomes.

+ Interpret data from CMM and manual measurements to adjust machining processes for dimensional and visual compliance.

+ Safely lift up to 25 pounds and use a lift for anything around 50 pounds.

Essential Skills

+ 3 years of experience running a Brake Press.

+ Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.

+ Experience in machine operation, press brake, fabrication, machine setup, programming, and punch press.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and CMM data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of experience setting up a Brake Press.

+ Experience with robotic press operations.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Growing rapidly and sales are through the roof: 50M in sales and working towards 80M

Bonuses below. If it's under $500 - it gets paid at 60 days. If over, gets paid at 6 months and a year.
