    Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

     

    Pay Rate - $90k - $105k (night shift)

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the team of maintenance technicians in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and assisting the team with repairs, installations, and troubleshooting tasks. You will also delegate tasks and organize the technicians' weekly schedules while implementing and teaching safety protocols.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment.

    + Train and coach the maintenance team on repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.

    + Delegate tasks and organize weekly schedules for technicians.

    + Implement and teach safety protocols.

    + Maintenance supervision

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Any education and/or certifications related to maintenance or manufacturing industry is a bonus.

    The work environment is a climate-controlled facility with primary working hours from 6pm to 6am during the night shift.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Independence, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

     

    Company offers full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Pay reviews are completed annually and based upon attendance & performance.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Independence,MO.
