    Job Title: Injection Mold Technician

     

    1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts

    Job Description

    As an Injection Mold Technician, you will be responsible for **setting up and operating injection molding machines** , **changing out molds** , and **ensuring new jobs start up correctly** . Your role will involve **monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues,** and **maintaining efficient operations.**

    Responsibilities

    + **Set up injection molding machines** and **change out molds.**

    + Ensure new jobs start up correctly.

    + **Monitor machine** and mold performance.

    + **Troubleshoot issues** with machines and molds.

    + Handle **robotic troubleshooting** including **Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman.**

    + Start and operate **3 and 6 axis robots** .

    + Communicate with maintenance and department manager regarding breakdowns and repairs.

    + Promote safety and housekeeping, ensuring your area is clean.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in **injection molding.**

    + Proficiency in **robotic troubleshooting.**

    + Ability to change molds and perform color changes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Ability to work well with others.

    + Willingness to learn about robotics.

    + Proficiency in basic math and ability to measure and record data accurately.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
