Job Title: Utility Worker

Job Description

+ We are seeking a versatile Utility Worker who can operate forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down) and overhead cranes.

+ This role is suited for individuals who can adapt to fill multiple positions within our plant, primarily as material handling and machine operation.

Responsibilities

+ Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing stairs, and operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV).

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes and packaging of products.

+ Conduct general labor duties, including inspection, unloading, staging, and machine setup.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

+ Experience in production, loading, and general machine operation.

+ Capability to perform physically demanding tasks.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a Production Worker or Utility Worker.

+ Knowledge of hand and power tools.

+ Understanding of quality assurance and safety protocols.

Pay

+ $25/hour starting out and opportunity to grow after 90 day review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50398.00 - $50398.00/yr.

Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, vacation upon hire, 12 holidays off, and set schedule for the year. 2x pay on hours worked on Sunday.

This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI.
