Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing tasks within the Facilities Maintenance department, focusing on skilled tasks in a professional commercial/industrial environment. This role requires a high level of initiative, leadership, and a broad skill set.

Responsibilities

+ Comply with all safety policies, including PPE, LOTO, and general safe manufacturing practices.

+ Treat others with respect, communicate effectively, and abide by company practices.

+ Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers.

+ Work independently with strong time management skills.

+ Train others within the department.

+ Assist with general preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

1. Advancement and increased earning opportunities based upon acquired skills.

2. 3 personal days after 90 days.

3. 40 hours of vacation after first year. Additional paid vacation each worked year, capped up to 5 years.
