Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role involves reporting to the fabrication supervisor and supporting various departments by moving large sheets of metal using a sit-down forklift. The position also includes assisting brake press and laser operators.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a sit-down forklift to move large sheets of metal to the forming department.

+ Assist with loading and unloading sheets and parts from the laser.

+ Support the press brake in bending parts through two-man jobs.

+ Assist with weldments by tacking, kitting, and prepping materials.

+ Metal finish units based on demand and requirements.

+ Handle general labor and machine operation tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in forklift operation.

+ Experience in loading and material handling.

+ Ability to use measuring equipment such as tape measures and micrometers.

+ Understanding of mathematics to verify job requirements and specifications.

+ Adherence to high-quality standards to meet customer specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Willingness to follow company policy and standards.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment on small teams. The position offers flexibility with two shift options: 1st Shift from 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 2nd Shift from 4pm to 2:30am Monday to Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winneconne, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
