Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to manage stand-up reach forklifts and trucks. The role involves utilizing an RF Scanner to efficiently pick and store materials, including bobcat products. The candidate will be responsible for staging materials for shipping, loading and unloading trucks, operating machinery to shrink wrap pallets for shipment, and assisting in other warehouse duties as required.

Responsibilities

+ Operate stand-up reach forklifts and trucks.

+ Utilize RF Scanner for order picking and putaway tasks.

+ Stage materials for shipping and load/unload trucks as needed.

+ Shrink wrap pallets for shipment.

+ Assist in various warehouse tasks as necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating stand-up reach trucks.

+ Experience using RF Scanners.

+ Order picking skills.

+ Ability to stage pallets and palletize products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 6 months experience operating stand-up reach trucks.

+ Experience in utilizing RF Scanners and order picking.

We offer multiple shifts, including: First Shift (6am-2:30pm), Second Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), Third Shift (Sunday-Thursday 8pm-4:30am), and Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday 6am-4:30pm). Overtime is available during the week and on Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
