Job Title: Forklift And Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Water Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the regeneration and maintenance of water treatment equipment, ensuring efficient operation and reliability. The position involves hands-on work with reverse osmosis systems and requires comfort with mechanical tasks, including the use of forklifts and hand tools.

Responsibilities

+ Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain water treatment equipment.

+ Regenerate water filtration systems and ensure proper functioning.

+ Use a forklift to lift and position water treatment units on racks.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for installation and repairs.

+ Load and unload trucks with equipment and materials.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and general labor tasks.

+ Notify management of any issues or concerns.

+ Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions and troubleshoot problems.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Essential Skills

+ Previous forklift experience.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills are helpful.

+ Experience in troubleshooting and restoring equipment.

+ Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.

+ Comfortable working in wet environments.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse environment equipped with swamp coolers to maintain a comfortable temperature during summer months. The position involves standing and moving for most of the day, operating forklifts for heavy lifting, and working in areas with water spray. Rubber boots and necessary tools will be provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gilbert, Arizona.F

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
