    • _Location: Niagara Falls, NY_

    **🕒** _Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $2 Shift Differential_

     

    _About the Role_

     

    Join a dynamic and growing team as a **_Production Associate_** , where you’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality components for thermal and heat exchange systems. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, value precision, and are looking to grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

    _What You’ll Do_

    + Assemble core components used in thermal and heat exchange products.

    + Measure and cut materials, including various metals, to precise specifications.

    + Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks.

    + Transport materials throughout the shop floor.

    + Inspect finished products using blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Support other departments and assist with material staging as needed.

    + Lift materials weighing 15–30 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    _What You Bring_

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

    + Basic math and measurement skills.

    + Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.

    + Proficiency in reading and writing in English.

    _Additional Qualifications_

    + Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.

    + Similar production or manufacturing roles.

    + Familiarity with hand and power tools, inspection processes, and machine operation.

    + Strong attention to detail and time management.

    + Reliable transportation

    _Work Environment_

     

    You’ll be working in an industrial fabrication and machining environment where safety is a top priority. Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves are required at all times.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
