    Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for diesel mechanics and team development? Join our dynamic operation at San Francisco International Airport as a Workshop Manager, where you'll oversee a skilled team of eight Ground Support Equipment (GSE) technicians. This is your opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.

     

    •What You’ll Do

    + Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of GSE diesel technicians.

    + Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and workflow for peak efficiency.

    + Champion safety and training programs to elevate team performance.

    + Collaborate with airport departments and service partners to streamline operations.

    + Oversee work orders, invoicing, and time tracking with precision.

    + Drive continuous improvement and technical innovation.

    + Respond to urgent operational needs in a dynamic, seven-day airport environment.

    •️What You Bring

    + Proven leadership in diesel engine maintenance (GSE experience preferred).

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to evolving systems.

    + Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

    + Fluency in English and familiarity with ground service equipment.

     

    No prior airport experience required — just a drive to lead and improve.

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
