Job Title: General Production Worker

** This is a contract role for 2-3 months

Job Description

The General Production Worker will work on the production line, ensuring that products are filled and bottled correctly according to specifications. This role involves documentation, adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor line performance, conducting periodic quality checks and making adjustments as needed.

+ Spot check weights of filled products to ensure correct measurements.

+ Document production processes and outcomes accurately.

+ Visually inspect finished products for defects such as broken caps, smudged labels, or contamination.

+ Break down lines and clean various parts at the end of shifts or during line changeovers.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring that the line area is prepared for the next shift.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production or fast-paced work environments, including restaurant, warehouse, or other goal-oriented settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with high-speed manufacturing lines.

+ Capability to perform line changeovers.

+ Ability to make minor adjustments.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
