    Job Title: Stockroom Clerk

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Stockroom Clerk to maintain an accurate count of circuit boards and manage stockroom inventory. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and verifying daily incoming shipments from vendors and customers, recording information into tracking systems, and responding to customer inquiries regarding missing products. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping customer orders using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers, creating packing slips, and generating end-of-day shipping reports. Additionally, you will support the shipping department with tasks such as palletizing orders, cycle counting of components, and pulling and kitting inventory for work orders.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure accurate count and location of stockroom inventory.

    + Receive, inspect, and verify daily incoming shipments from vendors and customers.

    + Record shipment information into tracking systems and spreadsheets.

    + Respond to customers regarding missing products.

    + Package and ship customer orders using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.

    + Create and print packing slips using software.

    + Generate end-of-day shipping report and daily shipping forms.

    + Support shipping department tasks including palletizing orders.

    + Conduct cycle counting of thru-hole and surface mount components.

    + Pull and kit inventory for work orders.

    + Monitor stock levels of all supplies.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience within electronics and understanding of IPC standards.

    + Proficiency in stockroom, inventory, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.

    + Experience with cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and EMS.

    + Basic computer skills and effective communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in an EHS plant or electronic manufacturing environment.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a climate-controlled plant with a standard schedule of Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:15 PM. Occasionally, you may be asked to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse for palletizing tasks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Apopka, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
