•Electrical Assembler – Contract Role | Houston, TX $21-29/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Saturdays required)

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Assembler to join a dynamic production team working on cutting-edge electrical systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about precision, safety, and quality.
•Key Responsibilities
+ Assemble electrical components and control devices into heavy subassemblies using schematics and blueprints.
+ Wire circuits, outlets, and switches with precision and efficiency.
+ Calibrate and test parts to meet strict product tolerances and specifications.
+ Operate hand and power tools (drills, grinders, impacts) and material handling equipment (pallet jacks, scissor lifts, cranes).
+ Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet production goals.
+ Follow SOPs and safety protocols in a high-energy manufacturing environment.
•️What You Bring
+ 3–5 years of hands-on electrical assembly experience.
+ Expertise in cable routing, wire cutting/stripping/crimping, and connector installation.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience with electrical panels, conduit work, and systems up to480V.
+ Familiarity with AC/DC power, color codes, terminal blocks, and wiring standards.
+ Comfortable using multimeters, testers, and continuity testers.
+ Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
•Preferred Qualifications
+ IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent wire harness training.
+ Experience with PDUs, UPS systems, or power cabinets.
+ Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, or cleanroom environments.
+ Basic computer/tablet skills for digital work orders and schematics.
+ Willingness to cross-train in mechanical assembly, quality inspection, or warehouse operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $29.50/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
