CNC Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining shop CNC machinery and equipment. This includes mechanical and control repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, security equipment, and production systems. You will need to understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and piping schematics to aid in troubleshooting and repair of equipment. Basic understanding of PLC control and CNC equipment operation is essential, as well as familiarity with PLC ladder logic and CNC programming to assist in troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls. Experience using a multimeter and the ability to solve math problems related to this skill level are required.
Responsibilities
+ Install and maintain CNC machinery and equipment.
+ Conduct mechanical and control repairs, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and security systems.
+ Understand and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and piping schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
+ Utilize basic PLC control knowledge and CNC programming for troubleshooting electronic controls.
+ Use multimeter for equipment testing and repair.
+ Solve math problems pertinent to the role.
+ Be available for on-call duties after hours and on weekends on a rotational schedule.
Essential Skills
+ CNC maintenance experience or 74 accredited hours in an industrial maintenance-related program.
+ 5 years of experience in an industrial setting with machine operating experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Valid driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ CNC troubleshooting skills.
+ Associate's degree in a relevant field.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $79726.40 - $79726.40/yr.
