    Starting Pay/Wages:

    + **Pay** : $26.00-$36.00/hr

    + Shift Premium: $1.00-$1.50

    Hours/Shift Openings:

    + (2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm)

    + (3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking dedicated Process Technicians to operate, maintain, and monitor equipment for producing high-quality plastic products used in industrial and medical applications. This role involves working with advanced machinery and robotics, requiring specialized training which will be provided to enhance your skills and expertise.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain equipment used in plastic product manufacturing.

    + Monitor machinery performance and ensure production quality.

    + Perform changeovers and mold adjustments as required.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

    Essential Skills:

    + Experience with plastic injection and mold processes.

    + Familiarity with production techniques in medical device manufacturing.

    + Knowledge of process technician protocols.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Completion of RJG and IDMS training is preferred.

    + Additional schooling in relevant fields is a plus.
