Job Title: Maintenance Millwright

Pay/Shift/Additional Information:

+ Pay: $35.72/hr. (Earning potential north of $140,000/yr to $160,000/yr with overtime).

+ Overtime: 1.5x after 8 hrs (daily), 1.5x on Saturdays.

+ Double time after 12 hrs (daily),

+ Double Time on Sundays. ($68/hr).

+ 55 cent premium.

+ Quarterly Profit Sharing

+ Shifts:

+ 2nd - 3PM - 11PM

+ Union environment

+ Direct hire.

Job Description

+ Mechanical troubleshooting and diagnosing of industrial equipment

+ Looking for a maintenance technician who is willing to do 100% mechanical work.

+ Troubleshooting of industrial cranes, steel slitters, coating machines, and conveyor lines

+ Responsible for all secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, pumps, gears, gearboxes, bearings, cylinders

+ Perform full diagnosing and preventative maintenance on all equipment

+ Correct defective mechanical devices and equipment by disassembling and installing new parts

+ Work with engineering, operations, and quality control during emergency breakdowns to restore operation

+ Maintenance on forklifts; changing wheels, greasing parts, adjusting forks

+ Reading of blueprints

+ Could do machine installation or moving of machines around the plant

This is a Permanent position based out of WALBRIDGE, Ohio.
