Job Description
Join our team as a Technician, where you will engage in a variety of carpentry, construction, and general labor tasks tailored to your skill level. Responsibilities
+ Perform carpentry and construction tasks based on skill level.
+ Assist skilled workers in tasks such as insulation installation and door/window flashing.
+ Move materials across the site and help with site clean-up.
+ Regularly lift 50-75 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
+ Work on steel frame buildings using steel studs, nail guns, and other tools.
+ Be willing to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of manual labor experience (e.g., farming, framing, carpentry, concrete, general labor).
+ Ability to run power tools such as impact, screw gun, saw, and drill.
+ Proficiency in using basic construction tools such as hammer, snips, square, and chalk-line.
+ Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
+ Capability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30+ feet.
+ Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling 50-60 miles to job sites.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Possess own basic tools and steel-toed boots.
+ Must have a cell phone for communication and scheduling.
+ Must be open to working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.

Work Environment
Work as part of a team on crews of 4 (1 foreman, 1 lead, 2 laborers) in a full exterior envelope general contracting setting, focusing on steel and wood-framed buildings. Bring essential tools on your first day, as teamwork and communication are crucial. Expect varied working hours based on weather and project location, with plenty of opportunities for overtime and occasional early start times during heat advisories. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
