    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, working Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break. You may occasionally be required to work overnight or weekend shifts, though this is rare. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement across three levels: Technician I (1-2 years experience), Technician II (3-5 years experience), and Technician III (5-10 years experience). We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual with expertise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, change, and fix electrical outlets, and troubleshoot electrical issues within the building.

    + Perform basic plumbing tasks and diagnose plumbing issues.

    + Conduct minor carpentry work as needed.

    + Service HVAC systems at various client locations.

    + Maintain and service drink machines, including espresso and mixers, with training provided by the company.

    + Maintain equipment and inventory of parts in the shop as a Maintenance Technician I.

    + Maintain specific equipment like drink and espresso machines as a Maintenance Technician II.

    + Receive training for equipment operation as a Maintenance Technician II and III.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2 years of experience for Maintenance Technician I.

    + 3+ years of experience for Maintenance Technician II and III.

    + Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Clean DMV record for company car use.

    + EPA Universal certification is a plus.

    + Maintenance certifications are a bonus but not required.

    + Mechanically inclined with knowledge in drywall, construction, janitorial duties, hand tools, and painting.

    Work Environment

     

    The warehouse facility serves as the home base, characterized by loud noises but adequate temperature control. You will drive a company car during your shift to various locations throughout the Central Valley. Some client locations are outdoors, requiring the ability to work in adverse conditions when necessary.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
