J** **oin Our Team as a Tumbling Operator – First Shift

Are you a dependable, self-driven individual who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Tumbling Operator to join our Finishing Department on first shift. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure the quality and precision of our stamped metal parts by operating industrial tumblers that clean and debur components before they move to the next stage of production.

•Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (with overtime as needed)

•What You’ll Do

+ Operate and monitor three tumblers simultaneously to maintain efficient workflow

+ Clean and debur stamped metal parts to meet strict quality standards

+ Prioritize and manage production orders based on daily schedules and department needs

+ Perform routine machine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal performance

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Lift parts and materials (up to 35 lbs) and remain on your feet throughout the shift

•What We’re Looking For

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

+ Strong multitasking and time management skills

+ Comfortable working in a dynamic production environment with exposure to liquids and noise

+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

+ Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

•Preferred Qualifications

+ 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

+ High school diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
