    • _Shifts Available: 1st (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM), 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), 3rd (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)_

    •What You’ll Do

    As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll:

    + Operate and set up CNC press brake machines (HDS, 4-ft, and 10-ft brakes).

    + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

    + Use precision measuring tools and SPC data to ensure top-quality results.

    + Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure smooth, safe operations.

    + Collaborate with a team that values accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

    •What You Bring

    + At least6 months of machine operator experience.

    + Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.

    + Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + U.S. Citizenship (required for government subcontracting work).

    + Tobacco-free (no smoking or chewing on-site).

    •Bonus Skills

    + Experience with inspection or welding.

    + Familiarity with CNC programming.

    + Strong communication and organizational abilities.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
