•What You’ll Do

+ Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential homes.

+ Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.

+ Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components.

+ Ensure all work complies with local and national HVAC codes and safety standards.

+ Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and solutions.

•️What You Bring

+ 2+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.

+ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

+ Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation.

+ EPA and CFC certifications required.

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 21+ per company policy).

•Bonus Skills

+ Mechanical repair and service experience.

+ Previous customer-facing experience in residential settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
