Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician for a 1st shift position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, along with proficiency in working with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems. Exceptional electrical troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of electrical schematics are essential for success in this role, which will be assessed during the interview process through practical demonstrations. This position demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and teamwork within a dynamic environment committed to continuous improvement. Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Work with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems.

+ Demonstrate exceptional electrical troubleshooting capabilities.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics.

+ Electrically troubleshoot control panels and boxes using schematics.

+ Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.

+ 5+ years experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480v three-phase.

+ 5+ years experience with mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills.

+ Problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ PLC programming knowledge.

+ Ability to read European electrical prints.

+ Desire to learn and take pride in work.

+ Craftsmanship skills.

+ Ownership of tools and toolbox.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of ELKHART, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.

-Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k matching up to 8%, etc.
