Sprinkler Fitter – Direct Placement | $30–$40/hr | Nampa, ID

**Location:** Nampa, ID

**Pay:** $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a team dedicated to fire safety and craftsmanship. We’re seeking experienced **Sprinkler Fitters** who take pride in their work and are ready to make a lasting impact in both commercial and residential settings.

What You’ll Do:

+ Install fire sprinkler systems in new construction and renovation projects.

+ Cut, thread, and assemble pipes; install sprinkler heads, valves, and system components.

+ Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on existing systems.

+ Diagnose and repair leaks, damaged parts, and malfunctioning heads.

+ Ensure all work complies with fire codes and safety regulations.

+ Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades on job sites.

What You Bring:

+ A valid **Fitter’s Card** earned through an apprenticeship program.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools for pipe fitting.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ Strong understanding of hydraulic principles and fire safety standards.

+ Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.

+ Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Tools & Travel:

+ Bring your own basic hand tools.

+ Larger tools and a company vehicle are provided for travel to job sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Crane offers health insurance including a medical stipend which is similiar to an HSA that employees utilize for various medical bills/expenses. Paid Time Off offered and employees are elible to enroll into a 401k after working for the company 2 years.
