    Production Assembly Worker

    Job Description

    Join a leading manufacturer in the production of military ammunition as an assembler. This role involves working on an automated assembly line, performing tasks that require precision and attention to detail. You will be part of a dynamic team where job rotation is encouraged to keep the work engaging.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow standard operating procedures to complete various tasks.

    + Hand assemble small piece parts on an automated assembly line.

    + Rotate workstations to maintain engagement and efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    + Good hand/eye coordination for working with extremely small parts.

    + Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

    + Familiarity with hand tools, blueprints, and power tools.

    + Experience in mechanical assembly, machine operation, and production line tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

    + Ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks.

    + Capability to sit for extended periods during shifts.

    Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay

     

    Work in a climate-controlled facility.

     

    1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm ($18/hr)

     

    2nd Shift Hours: 4:00pm-2:00am ($18/hr + $1.50 premium)

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
