The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

The Product Content Lead, Ratings & Reviews will serve a key role in Digital Strategy at Target. This position will have ownership over Ratings & Reviews, User Generated Content and Guest Q&A, working with external content providers and internal teams to deliver the best experience to collect content from our Guests.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
+ **Vendor Partnerships:** the candidate will require strong collaboration skills, serving as the key leader in managing the day-to-day relationships with large review service providers. Your main responsibilities will include:
+ Contract Negotiations to maintain leverage and protect Target’s best interest
+ Review seeding program management through Hey Bullseye, Target’s dedicated guest community
+ Manage Review syndication partnerships and pipelines
+ Manage the User Generated Content program, partnering with Target Creative and 3rd Party partners to increase guest social engagement on PDP
+ Q&A program management
+ Budget forecasting and management
+ **Strategic Vision:** This person will need to be a skilled strategist, with the ability to analyze the competitive landscape to generate strategies to position Target as a leader in the Ratings & Review and User-Generated Content space. Areas of oversight include: review collection tactics and guest experience, review incentivization, UGC growth strategies through social partnerships, and advancements in the Q&A experience.
+ **Influence:** The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to influence without authority and work across a broad group of stakeholders (Product Partners, Vendor partners, Legal, Site Merch, Merchandising, Product, PD&D, etc) advocating for Product Content’s POV
Reporting/Working Relationships:
+ Reports to Director, Product Content
Job Requirements:
+ Four-year college degree with focus in business, marketing, editorial/creative, or related field preferred.
+ 5-10+ years experience within Product Content, Marketing, Site Merchandising, Item or Merchandising
+ Digital, e-commerce experience highly preferred
+ Background or familiarity with Product Content on PDP
+ Experience working with Content Providers or large vendor partners
+ Experience working with Merchandising and Product Design & Development
+ Experience partnering with Legal and ability to navigate decisions within a regulatory environment
+ Highly analytical skillset
+ Assertiveness and strong initiative to drive change
+ Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly and work with ambiguity
+ Strong communication, presentation skills
+ Self-starter and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
