    Job Title: Production Associate - Sensor Assembly

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will be responsible for the complete assembly of sensors using pre-fabricated materials. This role is ideal for individuals with prior electronics experience or a background in small parts assembly. You will follow detailed written instructions to build various components in a calm, quiet, and spacious shop environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform full product builds of sensors from pre-fabricated materials.

    + Follow written instructions on an iPad to assemble components.

    + Conduct mechanical assembly of product shells.

    + Perform box builds and wire bonding.

    + Package finished products for distribution.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in mechanical, electrical, and wiring assembly.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and electronic assembly techniques.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics.

    + Mechanical aptitude and competency in English.

    + Experience as an SMT operator, test technician, or electronics technician.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Availability to work 50-55 hours per week, including overtime.

    + Background in small parts assembly.

    + Verified good attendance and reliability.

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English.

    + Soldering experience is a plus.

    + Experience with SMT Machine Operation is desirable.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in an open, line-based production environment. Our facility is quiet and exceptionally clean, providing a conducive atmosphere for focused work. The work schedule includes shifts from Monday to Thursday (6am - 4:30pm), Friday (6am - 2:30pm), and Saturday (6am - 11am). Overtime is required, and employees are rewarded with monthly bonuses based on hours worked.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, Oregon.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
